A day in the life of Garrett Kolanda

During my 12-plus year tenure at The Clearing, I've played a role in almost every aspect of the company. From supporting clients across the US Federal Government, to international communities and municipalities, I've been able to flex and adapt to any client situation. It's in these roles that I provide advanced facilitation and training expertise as well as Organizational Development tools and frameworks. As a Senior Principal, I leverage all of this knowledge to support my clients in their Organizational Development, Culture, and Customer Experience needs. I have a bachelor of science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia. I use the engineering training and critical thinking skills I've developed in all aspect of my consulting delivery to deliver exceptional products including comprehensive implementation plans with strategic communications. In my spare time I enjoy exercising and spending time with my dog — Bowie.
