My clients span diverse industries, including financial services, mass transit, and federal security agencies. Whether steering large, multi-year initiatives or diving into short-term projects, I infuse my work with adaptability, empathy, futuristic thinking, relatability, and intellection—qualities reflected in my top five CliftonStrengths. Holding certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I leverage this expertise to elevate the potential of individuals and teams. My educational background includes a B.A. in Communications from the University of Maryland and an M.Ac. in Acupuncture from the Maryland University of Integrated Health. Taking a transformative break from consulting allowed me to explore integrative medicine, which now enriches my human-centered approach to work.
