Through these projects I advise and coach senior executives in areas such as Peak Performance Culture, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Risk, Safety, and Security, Workplace Transformation, and organizational and team resilience. At The Clearing, I also serve as the Executive Director for our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives. In this capacity, I develop innovative solutions to strengthen diversity, inclusion, and cultural competencies across the organization, and alongside clients, to enhance the firm’s culture and achieve business outcomes. Most recently, I led the development and implementation of The Clearing’s Equity Strategic Action Plan (ESAP), enabling the organization to live into its DEIA commitments in fulfillment of the company’s values and continued growth as a firm. Prior to joining The Clearing, I worked with Deloitte for 10 years as a leader in their Government & Public Services (GPS) Strategy and Analytics practice and served as the Diversity & Inclusion Strategy and Analytics Lead. I also served as an officer in the United States Navy and was ranked number one in each of my commands, regularly serving in the most challenging roles and achieving the highest-level outcomes on large-scale endeavors. I hold an MBA from the Naval Postgraduate School where I received the Conrad Scholar Award for Excellence in Financial Management and a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy.
