Across my various roles in life, I help individuals become comfortable with who they are in order to become who they’re designed to be. This takes the shape of Director of Consulting and Executive Coach at The Clearing, registered Pilates and yoga teacher at local studios, and designated "therapist" for my family and friends. As Director of Consulting at The Clearing, I am responsible for the development of our people, solutions, and teams in service of achieving outstanding outcomes for our clients. I also support and coach senior leaders and teams across the public, private, and social sectors, including current and past engagements with the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), U.S. Department of Defense (DoD), National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), American Petroleum Institute (API), international oil and gas companies, and global automotive and information technology corporations. In Pilates/yoga classes, I teach individuals how to push toward their personal best while finding joy in the present moment. Foundational to each of these roles — and why I love the work that I do — is the ability to help individuals and teams shape and achieve their ideal outcomes inside a community that is focused on growing together. I’m proud to be part of The Clearing, which values and fosters this kind of individual and collective growth. When not leading teams, coaching, or teaching/practicing Pilates or yoga, you’ll find me near the woods or water with my family and our two dogs, mostly getting bossed around by the bigger dog. I received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Connecticut (magna cum laude) and hold a Master of Arts in Security Studies from Georgetown University. I am certified in Leadership Coaching through Georgetown University as well as a Certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and Leadership Circle practitioner.
