Elisa Marmol is a management consultant, business leader, and change agent with over twenty years of leading-edge experience. She specializes in designing and implementing workforce planning solutions, culture change, performance improvement, and organizational development solutions that drive measurable results. Elisa also has expertise in the future of work, program design and implementation, business process design and mapping, survey design and evaluation, competency modeling, coaching, strategic planning, leadership development, and workforce planning and analysis. Elisa has a blend of federal and private sector consulting experience.
